I will give this system a perfect 10 for my home gyms review.

Out of the three systems, I will highly recommend a home gym that would rely mostly on resistance band. It does not matter whether the person who is going to use is a beginner or have years of training, the resistance band is the most effective out of the three systems that I have reviewed. You do not have to worry about injuries and the band as well is long lasting. With the resistance band it is effective in building flexibility and are also used in sports training and in martial arts.
